A brand-new company for a very old question: who really made this, and where?
NextFluent Italia was founded in 2026 in Turin, one hundred kilometres from the French border and at the crossroads of the two food cultures that gave the world protected-origin as we know it. We are on day one, with a research thesis, a founding team, and an invitation to the producers and consortia this technology is meant to defend.
The promise of origin is the most valuable claim in food, and the most abused. Paper certificates cannot carry that weight any longer. The verification layer has to become software, sensors and signed evidence.
Our exclusive corporate purpose is the research, development and engineering of a sovereign, federated, privacy-preserving platform that certifies authenticity, provenance, traceability and quality across Italian DOP, IGP and Bio and French AOP, AOC and Label Rouge supply chains. That is what we intend to build. It is not what we claim to already ship.
Italy's startup innovativa status is a legal commitment, not a marketing label. It requires a prevailing share of activity devoted to research and experimental development, a qualified team, and an IP pipeline built in-house. We register under this status because it holds us to those standards publicly.
We work with design partners, not customers, and run pilots rather than deployments. Models are trained on your reality, evidence is owned by you, and every experiment is reversible. That is the deal at day one, and we intend to keep it as the company grows.
